A Note to the User:  This page offers access to OPR's Press Releases on Disciplinary Actions. To determine if a person has been disciplined, type the person's last name in the space below. This is a word search program, and as such capitalization does not matter, but exact spelling does.

If you are searching for a licensee with a common last name (e.g. Smith) you will get all of the Smiths regardless of their professional designation. If you know the area of practice (e.g. dentist, social worker, etc.), you can narrow your search by entering it as follows: Smith and dentist

If you are unsure of the exact spelling you might first try looking up the licensee in our licensing data base (which can search by partial name) to verify the spelling of the last name. You can access that at: www.sec.state.vt.us/seek/lrspseek.htm
